Housing, employment, and education assistance for single women, women with children, and families. 

Clients work towards improving medical, mental, spiritual health. They are taught basic living, budgeting, nutrition, and self management skills. Moreover, clients participate in a goal-directed living program to establish supportive relationships.

Through their 9-12 month program they provide a safe environment for these women. Their qualified and experienced team members take on shifts to ensure that these women are supervised 24/7. The residents of the program go through a drug and/or alcohol recovery process and they provide an environment free of drugs and alcohol.

Offers temporary housing and supportive services to homeless families of all faiths in the Toledo area. Direct services through La Posada include shelter, food, clothing, personal hygiene products and case management.

Bethany House is a long-term shelter for victims and their children who are escaping domestic violence in Northwest Ohio. Since 1984, Bethany House has served more than 1,200 individuals and provided more than 200,000 nights of safe shelter for victims and their children escaping domestic violence in our area. Annually, we serve an average of 30 families.

The House of Ruth is a domestic violence shelter that provides safe housing for women and children who are victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking. While at the shelter, women receive support from staff and peer support groups. If they choose, individual counseling is available to them. The House of Ruth provides housing for up to 90 days for those in Defiance, Fulton, Henry, Paulding, and Williams counties and up to 30 days for those not in the service area.
